Personal Perspective 061119

1/ Do right thing: Tập trung vào giá trị thật. Không care giá thị trường ngắn hạn. Lúc nước rút là biết thằng nào tắm truồng.
You take a dog for a walk. Your dog runs back and fort in short-run, like what other people judge you, like stock price. In the long-run, the dog follows you.

2/ Building weath: Focus on the value you create for others. The more value they received, the more they will pay you, the richer you are.
You have nothing to do to increase money immediately. But, immediately, you have alot to build your value up.

3/ Time management: Don’t need to do something with your life. Just do something with your day.

4/ Risk management: Planning for failure is the best way to avoid failure.

5/ Strategic thinking: Choosing wisely places you should not play.

6/ How to be really good at something: “Just spending time does not make us really good at something, deliberate practice with specific goal and feedback does”.
Numerous young people spend most of their time playing video game, little people become professional gamers. Professionals don’t just play game, they obtain specific training programs with professional coach. They don’t just play game for fun, they practice specific techniques. They play game with the best, review their failure and practice on it. It is not just a relaxing game, it is seriously a profession.
Since we are familiar with doing something, we can perform it well without spending much effort. At that point, we usually stop improving because we are comfortable with these acceptable results. Nevertheless, that is the limitation to become the best of what we can become. Thinking of how to improve what you are doing, the alternatives, and feedback can be a good way to stay a head of the learning curve.

7/ How to take control others: Give first, take latter.

8/ Improving: People usually delimited by what they attempt, not by what they are capable of. Source.

9/ Fairness in Unfairness: Most successful people do have an unfair advantage to start with. The unfair advantages could be legal or not; ethical or not.
